Autumn fatigue

Everyone has heard of spring fatigue, which consists of feeling low energy, lightheaded and tired at the end of winter and the beginning of spring. Little known is the existence of so-called autumn fatigue as it affects the more sensitive among us. The reason for its development is the reduction of bright sunlight, which in the summer period provoked a more intensive production of serotonin, invigorating the body and the organism.

Spring and autumn fatigue share similar symptoms – tiredness, lack of attention and desire to act, physical and mental fatigue, and muscle aches. Many scientists even describe this condition as a specific type of depression. If you are experiencing any of these complaints, you are certainly suffering from autumn fatigue.

…How can we help ourselves in such a case? Here are some suggestions to help you fight autumn fatigue.

A good way is frequent walks outside – although it is not so warm anymore, autumn walks can be very pleasant. Not only do they fill us with fresh air and energy, but they also help distract us from the stressors the day can bring. SupraVit recommends using your lunch break when the fall sun is at its peak, or for those of you who aren’t intimidated by the cold, the time after work when it hasn’t set yet. We guarantee you’ll be more energized in the second half of the day, and there won’t be a trace of fall fatigue and depression.

Another option is sport. Sport is key to your tone. If you’ve been exercising in the summer doesn’t mean you should stop when it gets cold. And for those of you who haven’t – now is the perfect time to start. To beat fall fatigue, you need to take care of your body by getting it moving every day. If you don’t have time to work out in a gym or with a group, all you have to do is run in the park, ride a bike, or exercise at home. Remember, it’s important to be regular. Otherwise, you will be even more tired.

A full intake of useful food is also very important – more vegetables and fruits, more liquid food than heavy, fatty and doughy food leads to improved processing and stimulates the body’s tone, which keeps it alert during the day. Of course, at the heart of proper recovery in autumn fatigue is the question of available rest. It needs to be within at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night in order for the body to recover the energy it needs.

In addition to all this, to combat autumn fatigue, experts recommend taking complexes of vitamins and minerals, which restore deficiencies of vitamins and important micro and macro elements from food. SupraVit special combination of vitamins SupraVit Active+Q10,, recommended for both spring and autumn fatigue. The complex of vitamin C, magnesium, niacin, iron, zinc, vitamin E, B vitamins and coenzyme Q10 contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system, reducing the feeling of tiredness and fatigue.

Did you know that coenzyme Q10, also known as Ubiquinone is extremely important for the organs that need the most energy especially in the fall – heart, liver, kidneys. As we age, the amount of Q10 decreases and this can lead to a number of health problems such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, periodontitis, loss of skin elasticity, etc. In order to slow down the degenerative processes in the body, experts recommend that we get between 30 and 200 mg of Coenzyme Q10 through our daily menu – an amount that is mainly taken with meat in the diet. Of course, additional coenzyme Q10 can also be taken in the form of a dietary supplement.

…Through SupraVit Active + Q10 we provide ourselves with the necessary amount of vitamins and minerals to feel healthy, vital and energized in every season of the year, regardless of external factors.
